I would never live here again, the management consits of liars, and fine you for anything they can think of. Reason why i would never live here:

1)any time you need something from the management they take forever, but they are always fast on giving fines.

2)the management lies rules, and are rude when they want to get their way

3)I had a ant problem for 2 weeks before the could finally get the pest control to come, i had to do it my self, and i had ants all over my clothes and stuff

4)the employees that work the fron desk are just as bad as the management, they employee break all the rules and the management let them

5) they tow like crazy here, and even when you park the the right place you might get towed like many people i now did. the OutPost Managment and the Master Towing Company have some type of deal where they lie for each other and even of you are right they mke you pay for it.

6)We met the girls that lived in the apartment we now live and they ask if the place had new carpet. and we say NO' and they said the Outpost made them pay for all brand new carpet becasue they stained it, and it cost them a pretty penny. WE LIVED IN THIS APARTMENT WITH THE WORST STAINED CARPET EVER. They took the money from the girls that use to live here and vert got the new carpet. When we ask the management about it they said that the hadnt had time to replace it, --------

7)They never return phone calls

8)The hottub is always broken, how can you have fun with a coldtub!

Over all this place has been the worst place i have ever lived and i would never wish for anyone to EVER pay 450 a month for a crap hole like this!

And you go to school here in San Marcos? College? Then try learning how to spell correctly, and the management is the most professional from any of the properties I have lived at or visited. Maybe you were breaking all the rules and thats why you got fines. I bet you anything, you had a pet and ALL residents there know that pets are absolutely not allowed, under any circumstances. So, quit blaming everyone else for your mistakes.

oh very mature. it's so nice to see people ignoring real arguments in lieu of insulting others because they know their opponent is right.
