I've been here since Aug 07, and they aren't as bad as people are saying. Yes it can get noisy on the weekends (sometimes during the week) but it's a college apartment, it's what you will get at any other college apartment. Parking is always available close by for residents, sometimes guests have to do some walking. The walls are not that thin. Nice furniture, great appliances, each room as its own bathroom and a W/D in the unit. First stop on the Post Rd shuttle, ALWAYS seats on it, very few stops. Best route, that's for sure. The only downfall is the price. It is going up ten dollars, so the 3-3 that we have now will go from 439 to 449. Office people are very nice and helpful, especially Raquel. I like 'em!
