when signing your lease they don't tell you how horrible the parking is. they also don't tell you that the walls are so thin you can hear the "library voice" conversation going on in the living room all the way in your bedroom and also the conversation going on in the building across the parking lot. i lived on the 3rd floor and heard the people walking around in the apartment below me. imagine what 1st and 2nd floor renters hear. i have ants all the time that never go away... (this is probably why they have to offer free pest control.) stains that were soiled deep in the carpet appeared the first week i lived here and these stains are dark brown and all over the apartment. the only reason i stayed for 2 years was because i liked the bus route. a plus about the place is that if you have a work order put in, it is usually done within 24 hours.
