This plae would be great if it weren't for the crappy management system. The on site manager, Shawndra is a complete -----, can't stand her racist ass. she can't hire maintence crew that are worth a damn. I own my condo and unfortunatly we are to pay so reserve of $102 per month. They say that the place is supposed to get a face lift however I haven't seen anything even starting yet. Our board is full of a bunch of dumbshits one who keeps his retarded brother here who can't keep his place clean and does nothing but scare passerbys and residents because of his appearence and he behavior. If you are looking for a place as long as these people are still here then don't waste your time.
