Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Basically this is a good place to live. The location is great and place is decent. BUT the on-site apartment manager SUCKS! She is NEVER around and takes MONTHS(literately) to get things done. At first I was patient and waited for her to get things fix. But later on, I just gave up and start fixing things myself. Totally uselss manger. Very disappointed. My advice is that if you are the kind who can DIY, then this is a good place to live. Otherwise look for other apartments.
