Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The apartments are huge; rent is dirt cheap; you are two blocks from campus; and the water is paid for. How much more can you ask for' The pool IS frequently disgusting. This is a college apartment complex and as such there are parties, cigarette butts, beer cans, etc. But, overall, for the price, you just can't beat it!
