THIS PLACE IS LIKE A "SQUATTING" PAD FOR OUT OF WORK LOSERS WHO CAN'T SIGN A LEASE OF THEIR OWN AND END UP ON THE COUCH OF THEIR ALCOHOLIC FRIENDS FOR MONTHS. EVERYONE HERE LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN SMOKING SOMETHING OTHER THAN CIGARETTES AND ACT LIKE THE POOL AREA IS THEIR LIVING ROOM. PROBABLY THE MOST GHETTO, TRASHY COMMUNITY IN SAN MARCOS...AT LEAST IN THE TOP 3 LEAST RECOMMENDED. THE GROUNDS ARE TRASHY..IT'S CLOSE TO CAMPUS BUT, IT'S NOT ONE OF THE COOL STUDENT PROPERTIES...IT'S FULL OF POSERS AND DORKY LOUD MOUTH CHICKS WHO PROBABLY COULDN'T FIND ANOTHER PLACE THAT WOULD LEASE TO THEM.DRIVE BY THE PROJECTS AND YOU'LL SEE THEY ARE BETTER KEPT...AND THE PEOPLE EVEN LOOK CLEANER AND BETTER PUT TOGETHER. IF YOU DO MOVE HERE...STAY DRUNK OR YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO HANDLE THE SCREAMING , DESPERATE COWS OR THE UGLY ASS SLACKERS ROAMING THE GROUNDS 24/7....THANK GOD WE GOT THE HELL OUTA THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you nailed it - think it's even worse now-so glad I left- what's with the redhaired dudes all over the place ?! it looks like a "Carrot-Top "- Richie Cunningham class reunion..and they act like it too !! All that horrible , cheap ass techno they play around the pool?? A total group of tools who are in denial thinking of themselves as hipsters & The girls here are sorrority outcasts...ghetto gorillas- even with the bleached out hair, it's obvious, they are still clumsy, socially retarded drunks- the pool could be a petri dish for STD's-

what the hell was I thinking ? it should have been obvious this place was a dump when the locator showed it to me, but I was in a hurry. If you are into the drug scene..this is your place. If you don't mind rats, this is your place. If you don't mind retarded, screaming college chics, this is your place. If you don't mind a giant great dane sh*tting everywhere, this your place. This place should be nuked to hell !
