I like the floor plan but the bad outweights the good by far. I have lived here for a year and I have had more problems than I have ever had to deal with.
First, when my roommates and I moved in there were holes in the walls, the bathtubs were black (they said they couldnt get it out yet my mom got it out w/ bleach),the light fixture was black with bugs (they said they would fix it and still havent) the fans were falling off the celing and the front door did not shut properly. Not 2 weeks into school starting the fire alarms were going off full blast every 10 min. so i had to sleep in my roommate's room. they finally fixed them 2 weeks later and they still go off every now and then. we had mold growing in our bathroom wall, the maint. guy fixed it by cutting it out of the wall and leaving the hole there. so now we have bugs. we had an ant problem as well. they fixed the door 4 months after we moved in and it is to small so we have a huge gap underneath the door where leaves blow in and bugs crawl in.
dont expect anything to be fixed and if it is not in a timely matter even if it is an emergency (i called several times and it didnt do any good). The maint. man is a sweet man but he is doing everything by himself. the manager is somewhat friendly but dont expect her to ever be there.
there is no lighting in the parking lot and we have had car break- ins. i dont feel very safe. not only that one of our neighbors said she was raped, but who knows. the bus doesnt not come in front of the complex, like she says it does. it stops in the complex next door, which isnt that bad.
if you arent a student dont even consider this place. the noise and parties are horrible.
we wanted to move out 2 months after living here. DONT even think about living here!it is a mess!!
