I'll briefly list some bad things about this place:
Dog hair wasn't cleaned out of the carpet from the last person who lived there.
Extremely noisy neighbors.
As someone else mentioned, the person running Post Oak Villas is a joke. She is lazy as hell and hardly ever in the office. Though she did let me out of lease early because someone else was moving in, I still have a lot of gripes against her.
The WORST thing that has happened after I moved out is that it has been 2 months and I still haven't received my deposit back. Under Texas state law I can be entitled to up to 3x the deposit amount $100 legal fees. Hopefully I won't have to pursue things in this way but I will if I have to. It may be the only thing they'll listen to.
