Lived here for almost a year, pretty quite complex , a real mix between college staudents and older residents. The only thing I don't like is not having my own washer and dryer but there is a place to do my laundry. Since living here management has changed and things are improving. The pool is clean , the grounds are clean and my apartment is clean...so that's a plus. The only problem i've ever had was my water heater leaked and flooded my closet, was replaced the next day which I thought was pretty fast.
