I love living here. For the most part it is very quiet, which is hard to come by in a college town. Whenever a neighbor is too noisey, you can generally let them know, or if it gets out of hand the manager is willing to take care of it without hassle or guilt trips. The manager here is always willing to work out issues with payment. For me I get paid on the same day every month and she was more than happy to move my rent due date over to that, instead of me gambling on the grace period every month. The grounds are looking really good, right now there is a bit of construction going in the back. We are getting a "green area" which basically boils down to our own mini park. It is fantastic! I have no issues living here, whenever I have an issue I just go to the office or leave a note and it gets taken care of. The manager here is very friendly with everyone and should she ever leave I am pretty sure the entire community would go with her. I prefer this small community to a big loud college community, and our one friendly landlord to a big office with a bunch of stuck up secretaries. I have seen this complex go through a lot of changes, and the only reason I have stayed is because when Elisa, the landlord, came in I knew right away that she would change everything. And she has, no more loud parties, no more being afraid to walk to the mailbox, no more trash all over the ground, no more rent late fees because the office wasn't willing to help. She's taken every negative and turned it into a positive. She is absolutely the heart and soul of this complex. And yes, I have spent most of this raving about the landlord, but as I just stated, this place would still be a dump if it weren't for her. It is NOW a very nice community filled with friendly, courteous people, and is a place I can really call home.

I bet that is Elisa that wrote that review because she is not nice. She is an "evil" person and very unprofessional. So Elisa stop posting reviews that gives yourself credit you crazy lady
