I visited this complex to view an apartment for rent and then I went to the internet to look for information about the complex. I found a website that states the place is "beautifully landscaped." Are you kidding' After looking at eight other complexes, I would say this place was the least landscaped of all. For example, the lawn is not grass, it is weeds. They have one bouganvilla plant growing unruly by the pool. Then there are some plants in a mulch bed by the office. Really, most of it looked dead and dry to me. I wish I didn't waste my time looking at this place and just did a web search first, but the locator insisted the place would fit my needs and budget.

Anyway, I found this blog and read through it trying to get an idea of this property. I am wondering why there have been so many different managers'''' It doesn't look like the new manager has been there very long and there is already a controversy over her ability to perform. I wonder how long she will stay before she is replaced or quits. I have been to other complexes where the managers have been there for years and really have a good repoire with their tenants and understanding of their property. I was drawn to this complex because of the price, but then I guess you get what you pay for and if the management is constantly changing, I would rather pay a bit more and know who I am going to deal with during the course of my rental agreement.

Any controversy should be noted. This place looks like a yo-yo with the ups and downs of comments.
