I haven't lived at this complex for long, but anytime I have a problem with ANYTHING the manager or Patrick is always QUICK to fix it! I unlike Issiac dont like to go knock on peoples doors if there to loud, I let the manager know and she takes care of it.. That or if its WAY to loud past like 10-11 pm Call P.D. they know there is a NO NOISE ordanice here.. I really think the apartment complex could use more grass but there was a water thing going on with the state where you shouldnt use water when it wasnt needed.. And the bush by the pool with the red flowers is really pretty why cut it'! All I know is for the Apartment only having one guy doing all the ground work and keeping up the apartments is a well ran property! The apartments inside are really nice to depending if you have carpet or tile or hardwood floor... The carpet gets dirty very easy! But that happens most places, so be nice to the carpet! :)
