I live in an efficiency, been here since May, and I like it a lot. Jennifer, the new manager is genuinely nice, which is refreshing. She is understanding about money issues, helpful and accomadating. Maintanence reparis are always done quickly, and the complex is in good repair. My only complaint is that "basic" cable that comes included with rent is really only about 15 channels, and I felt like I was slightly misled when I signed my lease regarding the included cable. Also, the washers and dryers are $1.75! I don't do my laundry here.
