This us the reason why managemnet sucks and are ---- like drones at Post Road Place and Springwest. This company will not hire qualified employees with the exception of Diana at The Summit and her staff.I do not live at Post rd but I had to rate it and I rated it on complaints that I heard while working for the Summit.

I feel that my years of experience in sales and marketing in the hotel industry and my experience as a property manager in Austin is being over looked.I must disagree with the statement regarding my lack of experience. Hello You have not received a response for the positions you have applied for due to the fact that we seldom send out letters of "non-hire" unless the applicant has gone through at least one interview session. You were not interviewed for either position and therefore did not receive any response from Carlisle Apartments, Inc. In regards to why you were not interviewed, both positions were such that we were looking for a very qualified full-timer to fill the positions. Yes, you have some experience with Carlisle Apartments, Inc., but your experience was as a part-time leasing consultant, and that was not the experience factor we were seeking for the two positions.
