I have only lived here for 2 months and hate it! To start with, when I moved in, the apt reeked of animal urine and many of the blinds were damaged. After constant nagging and upon the discovery of urine underneath the carpet, they replaced it... but it took them three weeks to take care of this problem. The management is very lazy and the maintenance are inadequate with their skills. Numerous times I would report things wrong and the maintenance would leave a note saying there is nothing wrong. After living there for a month, my ice chest was stolen off of my front porch and a few weeks later, my motorcycle was stolen (luckily I found it down the road). The pool is normally filthy and the vollyball court is usually full of feces, cigarettes and rocks. There is not a pantry, hall closet, medicine cabinet, or drawers in the bathroom. The lack of storage SUCKS! The kitchens and bedrooms are really small and there is not much of a front porch. This apartment was reasonably priced but not worth it. Just last week, a girl was attacked in the parking lot and barely escaped from being raped.Do NOT live here. You will hate it. Anytime you will have a maintenance issue, they will take FOREVER to take care of it and they have poor communication to you about the progress. My most recent problem is that the water smells badly. You have to constantly call them and talk to them to get them to do ANYTHING. THEY SUCK!
