im not sure where to start. Post Road Place is a great 1st apartment. U can throw parties and trash the already stained carpet or maybe add some holes in the walls but after you get past that stage and realize that youre paying $675 a month for a crappy apt. it changes. My a/c broke mid summer for 3 days before it was fixed only to break again. My printer was destroyed by the leaking roof that leaked twice. My clothes hamper was next to the water heater that leaked constantly (this attracts those huge roaches that like to hang out around water). They change maintenence people so many times that you have no way of telling if this guy is really supposed to be in your apt. oh yeah there was a sexual assault in the shadow between the 2 apts. in front of my building. thats always nice for the ladies. My fridge broke and they just apologized and then the next day had someone check it out. The dryer takes 3X to dry ne thing. My dishwasher had mold in it on the 1st day we moved in. please call me for further details on why not to live there email me @ hurryup101011@yahoo.com
