I am a current resident at Post Road Place, and I can honestly say that there are some good things about this place, and some bad things.

GOOD: The price was great when we leased; $290 a room for a 3/3. Not bad! Management is nice and maintenence is quick to respond to concerns, even at peak times. If you don't mind noise on the weekends, I would recommend Post Road Place to you! I really like it here! If you live on the bottom floor you get an extra patio in the back! Nice, big apartment!

BAD: Relatively quiet during the week, but really a party place on the weekends. Except for my jerkface neighbors, Post Road Place has been a good place to live! Management has not responded to several incidents where our upstairs neighbors have been PEEING OFF THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING over the damn BALCONY. We have had to call the cops twice in this regard. If you get here after 10pm, there is NO parking!

FYI: (And YES, I am a real resident living in Building 1).
