I lived here for exactly 8 months and it was hell every second of it (and NO, WE DID NOT GET EVICTED OR NOT PAY RENT, ETC., LIKE MANAGEMENT WANTS TO USE AS THEIR EXCUSE FOR BAD REVIEWS--we put in a notice and LEFT after clearing our account).

Property is way tooooo noisy and loud ALL NIGHT on THURSDAY -SUNDAY and even more than that sometimes. Management does nothing about it and discourages residents from calling police with noise complaints when they(management)does nothing about it. Two bedroom units are ridiculously small, literally NO storage at all in 2 bedrooms (there are 2 drawers in whole unit!), and tiny kitchen is worthless for any real meal prep (get ready to heat up Ramen and Mac all year!) Maintence guys are nice enough, but told me that magagement has them wasting a ton of time putting damn xmas lights up and down from Halloween til after the New Year's instead of getting work orders done. Office staff and manager are ridiculous, unprofessional, and rude. They do absolutely nothing but sit in that office and collect rent and then stand around outside on smoke breaks. Also, can I add that the hot tub is continuously a bacteria festering pool and that Post Road itself will single handedly ruin the suspension on your car since it's pot hole city all the way down. Unless you want to pay way too much for a tiny piece of crap unit in 24 hr party central, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!

What exactly made you so angry at the management? We have always heard good things.
