I have lived here for two years and overall I have had a good experience. Management and maintenance have always been very helpful and nice, and respond quickly to any issues. My main concern is that within the last year, there have been several notices of criminal activities occuring. To elaborate, there was an attempted assault or rape on a girl walking in the parking lot to her apt. once, there have been several reports of peeping toms spotted looking into people's apt. windows, and suspicious people have been spotted around the complex. I have not had a personal experience, but I don't feel too safe walking to my car at night because of these incidents. My other complaint is that I live on the first floor and the people that live above us as well as the previous people that have lived above us, either weigh 400 lbs. or the walls are super thin. It sounds like there are horses galloping above us whenever someone walks and you can hear music and people's conversations through the walls of people living next door. It was great for my first apt. after living in the dorms, but I am ready to move on to something better.
