Upon moving in, they didn't even clean my apartment. Lots of food left in the cabinets; soap, shampoo and conditioner left in the dirty shower. Carpet was a mess. And there are things that still needs to get fixed from two years ago.
Management and staff changes semi-annually. They still owe me a free carpet cleaning, even after confronting them over and over. The staff are known to stand outside of the office and smoke(not professional)!! Instead of getting things done. Maintenance may be better now, but not before. I gave up and decided to move. It started to take too much energy away from me.
Visitor parking is in the very front, and they still have to have a pass for that. Others park across the street in the gravel and mud. Granted it's free, but the wireless internet is a joke!!! Don't have anything serious to do. Not enough lighting around the complex, sometimes the pool would stay dirty for weeks straight, and sometimes you couldn't even use the hot tub that's the size no bigger than your bathtub.
