Post Road Bleh

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
The place is falling apart. They repaired the holes- not cracks but actual holes- in the tub twice. The dryer never actually worked the 2 and 1/2 years we were there. The floor had soft spots you didn't dare tread on. The ceiling leaked in multiple places. Oh yeah, the hole in the ceiling that steadily grew was fun too. I felt bad for the staff.

And the "high speed" Internet wasn't.

And as soon as my wife and I graduated we got out. We even paid the too high close-out bill just to be quit of the place. We filed the reciept with the bill and considered it done.

Until a year later when we get a call from a collection agency. They claim we never paid that bill with Post Road Place.

Good thing I kept all the paper work.

So, if you rent from this company make sure to keep all your paperwork. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
