I just renewed my lease with Post Road Place apts. BEST PRICE IN TOWN! $299 per individual lease in a 3-bedroom. Management is very friendly, and UNDERSTANDING; they act quickly upon request. Even better, maintenance is superb; the 3 times I had requested maintenance, the crew fixed the issue within an hour or two --whether it was locked-in keys, or the ONE-TIME A/C problem.
