Not the worst, but certainly not the best!

I have lived here for almost 2 years now. The office staff is less than helpful most of the time. When in it came time for us to renew, they told us we were getting a great deal because our rent did not go up, but in reality they were leasing our exact same apartment for $120 less than what we were paying and the 3 bedroom apts were only $10 more a month. (that adds up to almost $1500) On the other hand, the maintenance is great. They usually come out within an hour of you calling in a work order and they always greet you with a smile when you see them around the property.
As far as the apartments themselves are concerned, BAD CONSTRUCTION!!! I can see very well out of my bathroom door when it is closed! If you get an apartment that does not have brand new carpet, don't turn in your move-in condition form until all of the stains make their second appearance! It may look good when you first get in, but within a month, all of the old stains will come back.
All in all, it is not a bad place to live. The location is pretty good minus the A.S. traffic light.
