This apartment complex is great for most things. The upkeep is amazing, the management is helpful. (Not always informed, but helpful.) Talk to Joseph. He will bend over backwards to help you. The pool is beautiful and the apartments are large. We live in a three bedroom and got a great deal. One word of caution: We signed a year lease thinking that we'd be staying at least that long. Now a great opportunity has come up and we are moving up north. It is going to cost us like $3,000 dollars to get out of our lease! DON'T sign a lease without asking for the clauses that allow you out of the apartment if you buy a house or relocate for your job and DON'T sign a year lease unless you really have to. (P.S.- I agree about the Aquarena Springs traffic light...has anyone here ever heard of a DEDICATED RIGHT TURN LANE'!'! Because it would help...)
