I have lived at ROV for two years now and my roommates and I love it. The apartments are beautiful, high ceilings, new appliances, landscaping, etc. The staff is nice and David the maintenance man is really helpful. The apartments have really spacious floor plans and I hate that I have to move. You will like it here, but be warned there are families and it's not notoriously a party place if that is what you are looking for. Only negative thing is that the security gates don't work, our carpet was really old and water is kinda expensive.

Before August of 2006, this complex was fine. After that (mostly because Joe left), everything got bad. Changes to the lease, changes to what was accepted, and complaints just left untouched - unless you ride them about it.
