I have lived here less than a year. I have only a few complaints. One: when i signed the lease, the gym was 24 hours...shortly afterwards, it closed with the office at 5. (how can i go to school and work, and work out by 5''' why does my rent pay for that')

The mail system is fishy. They have you write your name on the inside of the box, yet when they put a notice for your package in someone elses box, they ignore the name on the box and give it to them. you lose.


on the lease i signed, it claimed we pay a flat rate of 45$ for water...and they decide they want to change their mind and it skyrockets to paying water/waste water..plus they took forever to bill us, so we all paid 3 bills at once. it was ridiculous.

the screen doors NEVER stay on the track. ugh.

other than that...the rent is VERY well priced. The ceilings are high. people in the office are very nice. They work with you if you need ANYTHING. Mainetance is friendly. In my opinion the layout is unique and much much more updated than other complex's i saw.

i might live here again next year, depends on utilities at other places and the GYM HOURS. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

I disagree with the helpful staff. The maintenance is great. But if they spent as much time and money into tenant relations as they do to their office and grounds (an LCD TV for the office? Seriously?), then life here would be better. Instead the office makes it an Us/Them situation by making you prove your point everytime you go to the office.
