Pros
1. Maintenance requests are done quickly.
2. The grounds are beautiful.
Cons
1. The office staff. Since we moved in we've had problems with them. They're nice enough but generally just don't know what they're doing. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, so to speak.
2. The water bill. When we first moved in it was a flat rate. Then a couple months later they changed it to an allocated water bill. So even if you don't use a lot of water you may end up paying more than you normally would because your neighbor uses tons of water. I paid less for water when I lived with 4 other people in a different complex, now I only live with 2 people.
I'll move out at the end of my lease just because of the office staff and water bill.

I agree - the office staff doesn't do anything until you've 'bothered' them at least twice. There was an overly leashless dog in the building next to ours that was threatening us everytime it was let out. It took 2 weeks for the office to really understand that if anyone was hurt, they'd be liable for the damages - since they knew about the dog. Their first response was 'there's no dog there,' based on the lease - as if to say there's no way in the world that someone would have a dog without putting it in the lease. The staff is inept, and the fact that they can change things at a whim is ridiculous.
