Our experience at the ROV has been pretty good. Despite some maintenance issues we have a fairly decent place. The maintenance guy, David, is very friendly and approachable. The pool is maintained well and complex is generally a very quite place. The office staff has been friendly, although it seems there are always new people working there. I would recommend this place for the student who wants a quite and very affordable place.
