the blond female who works at rov was very rude and disrespectful. she really needs to work on her people skills. the gym is very unconvenient due to the fact that its only open during office hours (it closes at 5). we assumed the community would be safe because it surrounded by gates, but its not. anyone can come in! the never shut the gates but even if they did, people could still get in through the main enterance. last week, around 11 pm, some children a group of 15 year olds were playing in the pool... & they didnt even live there nor did they know anyone who did live there. there is also not enough parking. ive had to park in visitor parking for the past couple of weeks.

You knew when you moved in the gates didn't work.... there's always tons of extra parking and YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT... everyone has kids sneak into their pools, besides, just b/c it's gated doesn't make it any safer... you just sit at Savannah Club or Palazzo and wait for a car... The gym is only open til 5 b/c it's a section 8 property, it would be vandalized if it was always open, and once again you knew this before you moved in. And I used to live there in 15103 a 2-2 with 995 sq.ft. just so you'll believe it... so my advice is 3 fold. 1) don't live in section 8 2) buy a house 3) build a gate
