It is affordable, the staff is USUALLY friendly, and things are fixed soon (maybe not perfect though). One complaint is that they do not offer extensions on your lease (ex: I needed to stay two months after my lease was up because I did not know what I was doing due to graduation and they would not give it to me) even after you have lived there over a year. Otherewise the apartment complex is good. Especially after what I have heard about other complexes in the area. Another complaint is that some cars have been broken into. My neighbors car was broken into and so were a few others one night. This has been over a week and the complex has not notified anyone that lives here. Another compaint was after I moved in I realized the carpet was stained and the more I walked on it the more the stains would show. The fixture in the dining room is very outdated. Another complaint is that the construction was done poorly. There is not any cable connections in the bedrooms. I guess they were just being cheap when they built this complex. This is a good complex compared to some in san marcos.
