LOUD! Noisy! and annoying

I live here now, and can't wait to leave. You hear everything said by your neighbors and anyone walking by. Too many parties, too much vandalism. If you like to stay up ALL nigh and be loud this is the place for you. It is cheap though. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
