I moved in last August and have had no problems at all. The managment is great and always willing to help. You can hear people when they are outside, but what do you expect' it's an apartment complex with many residents. They arent going to not talk as they go by. Other than that it is a quiet community. I had a job last fall, and i had to wake up at 5 in the morning, and go to bed at 9. Never had a problem with noise while trying to sleep. The apartments are very well priced and well kept. I would definately recommend them.
