I have been here for serveral months and the a/c has broke 4 times, the maintenance guys are clueless and the same goes for the office staff. The leasing agents will say they are making a maintenance request for you but it doesnt get done you have to remind them serveral times about the same issue. And it is true VOTR/RR turns off the hot water quite a bit. Oh... and the pool is always dirty!
