MICE, MICE, MICE!!!!!! (not so nice)

I have been living here for several months now and have recently encountered a lot of problems. When I first moved in there were little things that needed to be fixed like the leak whenever i turned on the kitchen sink, and they were fixed pretty quickly by the staff. But now things have just gotten worse. There have been several times water has leaked from my bathroom ceiling, and though i have said something about it nothing has been fixed. Also the hot water is turned off several times without notice, and i have a very bad rodent and spider problem that no one will do anything about. There are way better places to live at for this amount of money.
