The owners, and leasing staff involved with this property prey on college students. They count on the fact that you will be busy, inexperienced, and probably won't be here long enough to start a big fight.
The list of things that have gone wrong since I have been here is too long and painful to drag through.I will say, however, this is not a good place to live unless money is no object, and you never plan on being home.
1. Upstairs neighbors sound like they are moving 50lb weights all day long
2. No one picks up the dog crap, or keeps their dog on a leash. I can't take my dog for a walk without getting harassed by unruly dogs and negligent owners.
3. Water bill is outrageous, and there are no sub-meters here, so there is a good chance you are paying for your neighbor's water
4. The parking is awful, I have actually been blocked in numerous times.
5. The laundry sites are inadequate, there are never enough washers and dryers open. People leave their laundry in for days.
6. The hot tubs look like small swamps
7. The leasing office people think they can come in your apartment whenever they feel like it
8. They don't believe they are responsible if they let your dog out
these are just a few of the things that suck about this property, seriously, I have pages and pages, letters to the owners, etc. I would avoid this place if at all possible.
There are a few nice things though,
1. I like the maintenance guys, they are always nice, and have always fixed whatever was broken
2. The landscaping is kind of pretty, there are a lot of things blooming in the spring, and the grass is nice (where its poop-less).
3. I have never had a problem with the internet
4. My car has not been broken into (it has been dinged, and is now covered in scratches)
I would have loved to have read a review before I moved in here and got stuck.

all very accurate!! and it seems the problem of dogs lacking leashes or supervision from their negligent and usually drunk owners has gotten worse. also i'm pretty sure horses are not allowed as pets in apartments. i challenge anyone to walk through the grass without getting poop on their shoes...oh wait maybe it's walk through the poop without getting grass on their shoes...thats more like it! one thing i did want to add to your list though... the yelling and loud partying outside at 4 in the morning on a tuesday or really any random day of the week... really! this is not a bar or a frat house people... just because you pay rent for the space INSIDE your apartment does not mean the yard (common area) outside is yours also.
