The management is atrocious. Rent is steep for the sh** job they did during renovation. FYI, you aren't getting free cable...it's figured in to your rent. Yes, the water is allocated...but you are paying for the sprinklers as well. When I lived there, they had busted sprinkler heads all over the place gushing water down to the parking lot. What I loved was how they actually ran the sprinklers every day even though the City of San Marcos had the city on a conservation schedule. This place is miserable and overpriced for what you get.
