OK. So, the people here suck. Management AND residents. I have counted, yes counted, NINE times that someone has let their dog "do it's business" in the CARPETED hallway. Who does that'! I have told the management about this problem EVERY time it has happened. Their response: "OK. We'll put up a sign." What good does a sign do' NONE! I have put in a maintenance request for hot water in my shower (I kind of prefer those over cold ones) nothing has been done. Still nothing. We are also paying for amenities that have not even been completed. The pool just opened in LATE September and the tanning beds & gym are still not finished. so, people steal the paintings off the walls in the halls, kick in the elevator doors, and have even stolen a bench from inside the building. DON'T live here, unless you're a very patient person who likes cold showers and dog poop in the hall.
