Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
BAD
*Dog poop in the hallways (lots of times)
*Elavator broken most of the time (I live on 4th floor take in mind and have to haul alot of stuff)
*Far away from the trash dumpsters.
*Can't get into the building b/c door is jammed
*EXPENSIVE
*Problems w/ water getting hot enough
*Unprofessional staff
*NOISY even though I live on top floor.
*Feels like a dorm
GOOD
*Inside parking garage
*Close to TX State University
*Ammenities already included
