Cons:

Manager is a liar and will say anything to appease you. Don't expect him to follow through.
Rent is expensive and you get very little for your money.
Feels just like the dorms.
Horrible noise problem. I can hear everything said in the courtyard very clearly. Loudest apartments I've lived in to date and I have been in quite a few.
Often hard to find parking.
Walls are paper thin.
Took them almost one semester to start using the mailboxes! Ridiculous.
Garage doors are often left open which defeats the purpose of having them.
Was promised a 24 hour fitness center. LIE. Has very limited hours.
In the studio don't try watching tv or talking on the phone when the AC, dishwasher, washer machine, or dryer machine is on because they are outrageously loud.

Pros:
The only good thing about these apartments is the location.
