me and my roommate are paying a ridiculous amount of money ($1250 a month combined) for a cell and i haven't had hot water for the entire 6 months ive been living here. the rooms are 9x9 and with the furnished bedrooms, i can't even open my dressers drawers all the way. maintenence never comes; our air conditioner was broken for two weeks, and we had carpet tacks sticking out that would make your feet bleed and it took them about two months to fix it. you pay the same price whether you have a huge balcony or none at all. i personally have a drainage ditch outside for my view which gives my neighbors access to yell through my bedroom window at night. there is no cabinet space, only two full sized ones and the furniture is really uncomfortable. the management is completely unreliable and my work oreder requests have been "misplaced" on numerous occasions. i beg you please dont live here!
