I never comment on these websites, but for this apartment I have decided to make an exception. Do not live here! They tried to market it as an "up-town, urban living, with mature people". This is not what it is. It's like living in a dorm with monkeys. It is rarely quite. From Thursday to Sunday, there are random screams, noises, fights and parties in the hall and outside. I live near the courtyard, which echoes everything. You can hear conversations from balconies. This may be just the idiots that live here, but also thin walls. If you like quite and hot water pressure, don't live here. Not only that, but people steal everything here; pictures on the walls, TV's from the fitness room. How desperate and trashy can you be' It's turning into a real dump.
