There is a new management company taking over of Feb. 25th who will shape up the property and make it the best in San Marcos. The old management company had very little idea what they were doing and the leasing staff affiliated with Capstone management were mislead but will function very well under the new management company. All prior complaints about the property have or will be resolved very shortly after new management takes over.

Let's hope that the new management does a better job, but how much are they gonna jack up the rents from where they already are now? Also, not even the BIGGEST lackey for this place would see your ratings of this apartment as being remotely honest! Noise, 4/5?? You're kidding, right? Construction, 4/5?? That would be really funny if we STILL weren't dealing with the same problems, over and over, from when this place was built! Safety 4/5?? Do you even live here? I'll be the first to post if/when anything actually changes for the better...

Seriously. I was shocked when they wanted the same price for renewals. It should rival the pricing of other apartments in town, but they've fooled themselves into thinking they're better. My apartment had more problems than I care to list when I moved in. The place is a hole, and the only reason they're making any money is because everyone is obliged to pay because of the leasing contract. It's gonna be interesting to see what happens when all of us first timers move on to somewhere better, and nobody else wants any part of this dump.

THIS IS MANAGEMENT WRITING DON'T BE FOOLED!! Sanctuary has horrible service. They don't know what they are doing. Questions are never answered and problems are never fixed... simply ignored. I promise I've placed more than 5 requests to fix my door knob/ sink dispenser and they kept losing the requests. Sink was fixed 2 months later and door knob is still broken. Looks nice from the outside but inside is a piece.

NEW MANAGEMENT EVEN WORSE THAN OLD!!!!!!!!!!! The new management is worse than the originals. They will lease your extra room without notifying you, and they are even more unorganized than before. The original review on top was probably written by the management.
