This place sucks. The management is incompetent, cannot answer for anything, changes on an hourly basis, are rude, stupid, and will say(not do) anything to appease you. Without fair notice, visitor's parking closes, and when you find this out the only thing you answer to is your car being towed. There is limited parking, no mirrors in the parking garage (lots of collisions), loud, obnoxious, and immature people, dog piss smell on every corner, and the air conditioning never works. In fact, my air conditioning unit was never even built right in the first place. There is a random noise that goes off in my room at 2 and 12 and it pisses me off because I can't find it. The soap holder in the shower fell off onto my foot and almost broke it, information and work orders are often lost, ammenities are cheaply made(dont expect anything satisfactory). This building was obviously constructed as a "rushed job" and the inner and outer structure of the buildings, hallways, and garages are falling apart. I once thought I escaped the ghetto but only realize I am back inside of it. You can be completely liable for anything, but sanctuary lofts will NEVER be liable for their mistakes. It's all on you if you sign a lease. Given the decision of living at this complex, you need to be prepared to be sanctuary lofts little ----- and give up your rights listed in the Bill of Rights. The only right you have here is freedom of speech which other drunk residents will use to keep you up every night you live here with their over obsessively loud drunken banter. This place is way too expensive, and is almost as bad of a scam as parking services are at texas state. You will find yourself better off talking to your neighbor's dog then to talk to anyone who works here. Instead of an alarm clock, I have constrution workers that feel it necessary to set off 2 or 3 random fire alarms in the morning while they drill holes in the side of the wall near my window. The elevator in building 3 was set on fire due to a breach in security of a drunk non-resident. As you can see, they have awesome security here. Do NOT give in to the staff's --------. So ask yourself: would I rather sell my soul to the ----- himself'-or would I rather sell it to sanctuary lofts' It's your choice, but take my advice.....tour this place and RUN away. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

Again, this person has their facts all wrong. It is a new apartment complex, it does have kinks and almost all of them are being worked out. You may think that the staff is incompitent, but that is untrue. You may think that just because there is a new management company, nothing has changed, including the staff....things are getting taken care of alot quicker with the new management and unfortunately "loud, obnoxious, and immature people, dog piss smell on every corner" is not management's fault. You may be forgetting that you do live on a college campus and almost any apartment you live in will have the same problem. Management does the best that any other apartment complex can in these situations. Seems like your just carrying over your experiences with the old management company; the new one has experience on college campuses and is cleaning the place up. With the parking garage being a scam like the tx state parking, what the hell does that mean? The parking is FREE at Sanctuary, not on campus!!!!!!!!!!!! Enough said.

how long have you lived here? since august of 2006 when most people moved in? or did you just get here as a new "MANAGER". why would you wanna defend this dump if you weren't a manager? i haven't talked to one person who was satisfied with their apartment. The management does their best? nothing has changed since the new management came in. Cleaning the place up? what has been cleaned? Bottom line...you trying to defend the apartment is not gonna get anyone to move in here. SORRY, and most people i already know are moving out in may when the lease is up.

"The parking is FREE at Sanctuary" Is that why the parking garage is always closed (due to how poorly it was built) and residents are forced to park on the streets and in visitors parking? Of course it's free to park in the streets, when you don't have a garage to park in. And who likes fire alarms that go off from 2am - 6am the next morning? Forcing you to stay at a friends bc your apartment complex sucks.
