What everyone else said and more is true about this place. My fiance lives here and so i tried to get on the lease. The management says that my social # doesn't match my name!! I guess i'm not the person i claim to be' i lost $35 on an application fee and i'm still not on the lease. This means that my car might be towed again for parking in VISITOR'S PARKING!
I just applied to hillside ranch and everything went fine. Not only does the management suck (I've gotten into arguments with several of the management)but the hallways smell lik dog ----. Vandalism is also horrible...pictures have been stolen from the hallways and flat screens were stolen from the gym. (if you can call it a gym) The doors have locks with sensors but never work so anyone can come into these apartments without a key!!!!
Rent just went up to 1200 a month for a 600 square foot apartment. (half of the sq ft is the hallway) Also, the parking garage is crumbliing!! There are pieces of the ceiling all over the ground and some of the parking spots aren't available because of the collapsing roof!!
I could keep going on and on but i'll just keep it at that. DON'T MOVE HERE!! I don't care if they get new management. 1200 a month for a 1 bed, 1 bath 600sq ft apartment'

This guy doesn't know what he is talking about. First off, all the vandalism that happens is not the managements fault....It is the residents who have no respect for the place. Maintenance tries as hard as it can to fix these things that RESIDENTS vandalize, and management tries to find out who is doing all this but unfortunately it is almost impossible to figure it out. Secondly, it is $1200 for the 1200 sq ft L/W one bedroom, the 600 sq. ft. units are many hundreds of dollars cheaper. Since this is a new apartment, the kinks are being worked out. The only problem that can be attributed to the construction is the parking garage, which has fixed by the way. Everything else that breaks and smells like sh.. is because of disrespectful residents. Management has a good idea of the residents that cause these problems and the "resident" caused issues are going to be addressed. Think about what your saying next time before you talk!

Well, actually he is right. It's funny how the managers write on here to try to get people to live here. It really sucks living here! Why are the walls in the hall way different colors, they don't know how to match colors of touch up paint. Not only are the halls crappy looking they smell like crap too. This place is over priced and worth nothing.
