I have read a lot of negative reviews of this place, to some degree they are true. However, this is a new facility and kinks need to get worked out. I live in building 1 and there use to be dog poop in the hallways, but that is because of retarded pet owners, its only the apartmetns responsibility once the dog owners are neglectful. The walls arent paper thin, atleast not in my apartment. My roommates and I have had no problems with this place. The price for a 4 bedroom for 2006-2007 was $489, everything included, which was nice. The building is literally 2 blocks from campus. The rooms arent the biggest but again, you are in college, you arent suppose to be living the high life. Stuff does get vandalized once in awhile, however they are in the processes of getting security cameras, but again, its normally from "priveleged" kids who were never told no as kids. Overall this place is a good place to live. You will get loud people living in your complex wherever you go in a college town. The weightroom is open 24 hours (gotta use your electronic key), I dont know what the other person was talking about.
They also have free food a few times a semester.

the square is 3 blocks away

This place feels like a dorm. The weight room is literally the size of a regular bedroom and AC was rarely turned on. Office staff was very unhelpful.

I don't know what YOU are talking about. You obviously are one of the incompetent people that work here. Because there is NO way you can open the weight room with your key. There's not even a slot for you to put your key in. So you must think your really smart to make up something to make this place sound better. I still haven't seen security cameras at all. Don't live here. Save yourself
