As been mentioned theft is a HUGE problem in this place. My parking permit was stolen from my car and as a result the apartment complex towed my car without notice. When I complained I truly saw how incompetent they are. One employee said "We do not have time to check liscense numbers before we tow cars." Later I found out the new management never even got the license plate numbers attached to the permits. They also informed me that they did not even know the amount of permits they had given out because the old management issued too many. They made no effort to issue new permits to fix this problem. The management seems to blame everyone but themselves. They continously use the old management as an excuse to do nothing. The amount of complaints issued on this place in only one year of being open is amazing. Everything else people have said is true as well. Walls are thin. Maintence is slow and management is horrible. They make no effort to care for the people that live there. There have been numerous hot water, AC, parking permit problems, and when I first moved in the construction of the piping in our wall to the washing machine was broken, leaving us without washer and dryer for many weeks. Management does nothing because "They are under no obligation to keep amenities up" and will not refund any rent for these inconviences. This is how they got away with closing down the top floors of the parking garage for 2 months and the bottom levels for at least a month (my lease is up and I am out of this place, currently bottom levels are still closed.) Anything in "quotes" is a DIRECT quote from management.

"amenities are amenities so are not required. read your lease. we have no obligation provide these services to you.."
i had the worst experience here.
