This place is the worst place to live. Their furnished furniture sucks! Everything is of the cheapest quality. This place feels more like a dorm than an apartment.

AMENITIES:

This is a joke. They expect us to be thankful for amenities that don't work. And repeatedly say that they are not required to provide these services. When our internet didn't work they made us call time warner instead of management/ staff calling. We moved here thinking we would have a nice gym/ pool. Neither of these services were open till winter. The gym is very small and rarely the AC is on.

STAFF/ MANAGEMENT:
The people who work in the office including the manager do not treat the tenants with respect. They never have answers and never call back. I don't know if they treated myself and my roommates this way because we are girls and students but no one was helpful. They never take responsibility. They either blame the utility company, internet company, or "old management".

MANTENANCE:
Hot water takes forever! If you want to take quick showers in the morning.. expect them to be cold! Our sink dispenser broke in August of 2006 and they did not fix it until November. We placed several orders to get it fixed via email, phone, and in person. My door knob literally fell off in September. It took them a week to come in but they didn't even fix it. They screwed it back on but with the lock on the wrong side of the door. Even after i moved out they did not fix it. The AC was broken the first week we moved in. The air vents were not replaced often enough. I moved in with no fan in my bathroom and they never got one for me. I lived there from August to May.

NOISE:
Noise was horrible. Walls are paper thin. There is a terrace area. You can hear everything going on outside if anyone is in this area because it echos. It's pointless area to have. Construction went on all the way until March when promised to be finished in September. It was always loud in the morning so it was impossible to sleep in.

The only good thing about this place is that it is walking distance to the business building, free tanning, and there is covered parking. That's about it. Rent was too high, amenities were rarely available, and the employees/ manager are very very very rude/ unhelpful, and maintenance is very slow.
