Even if your immediate family of a Tenant living at the lofts, and even if you call ahead to inform them that you will be staying there overnight and need a parking pass they will tow you with that Pass on your car anyway! My father and I drove to San Marcos to stay with my sister at the lofts overnight, we had a flight out of Austin in the Morning. Needless to say they gave us a paper temp. pass. We parked in the Gated Parking Garage thinking we were fine. Only to awake in the morning and find our car was towed. We were told at the front desk we could park in the garage since we were immediate family. We had to pay to get our car out and miss our flight and eat that money too. When we called up the front desk to inquire why and how we could get reimbursed for our trouble, I gave them the information on the Temp. Parking Pass. They said "Oh that wont really help us, we don't keep records of that kind of stuff."

It clearly on the paper pass that it's not valid in the parking garage... sorry you can't read. I'm a resident and I do find having to get a parking pass for vistors annoying but it's not that big of a deal
