I have lived at Sanctuary Lofts since summer 2007 and have found it to be a great place to live. The property has its few problems...but so does any other apartment complex. The prices are definitly higher than most other places in San Marcos, but my roommates and I all agree that it is WELL WORTH it. You don't have to drive ANYWHERE living here. We can walk to campus in 10/15 minutes tops, walk to the square, walk to HEB, walk to restaraunts...etc. The staff hasn't always been the most productive or efficient in the past, but they just got new management and (from my perspective, going down to visit the office to tan, pick up packages, etc) it seems as though they are all about the residents now. They have greeted me very warmly every time I walk in and just seem more on top of their game. I talked to my friend who actually works down in the office and she said that Sanctuary is getting alot of new improvements like new tanning beds, more equipment in the gym and mirrors (finally), cameras around the property..all of these things made me decide to renew my lease for fall 2009 which is good because I do not feel like moving all my stuff out and I do not feel like living somewhere that I have to drive or take the bus to get to school from. All in all I enjoy living here and it seems as though it is only progressing in service and amenities.
